EL GROW is Enabling Leadership’s workplace readiness programme that connects EL Alumni with experienced industry professionals. Through one-on-one mentoring, you will strengthen your communication skills, build confidence, learn to use workplace tools and gain practical insights that employers value.
This isn’t just about learning new skills. It’s about preparing yourself to succeed in college, internships and your future career.
English Communication
Build the confidence to communicate effectively in professional environments.
You will learn to:

Digital Workplace Skills
Become comfortable using the tools used in colleges and workplaces every day.

As an EL GROW Mentee, you will:
Meet your mentor virtually for one hour every week over 12 weeks.
Attend each session on time & come prepared to learn.
Learn & apply new digital workplace skills.
Ask questions, seek feedback & stay open to new ideas.
Take ownership of your personal & professional growth.
